Louie’s Bakery has been in business for 22 years, started by sisters Angie & Bernie along with their Mom, Grace & Dad, Frank the family worked hard to provide a quality product. Louie’s Bakery originally opened in 1990 in the town of Allentown, PA and moved to Emmaus, Pa in 1993.
In 2003, Cheryl joined up with Angie, Bernie & Mom and continued in the tradition of providing a quality product. In November of 2009 the Bakery moved to it’s current location to a larger facility. In our new location, you are able to join us for breakfast or lunch, sitting at one of our antique tables or taking it home with you, either way you will enjoy a delicious meal, don’t forget dessert.
We also have a separate building called Louie’s Cottage. The cottage is a private dining room, Ready to accommodate your party or meeting up to 40 guests comfortably. The Cottage Is decorated just like your home with antique wooden tables, chandeliers and antique Furnishings. Twenty two years later, Louie’s Bakery has gone through changes but, some things have not changed. Almost everything is made onsite, with fresh ingredients, by hand ( not machinery ), most importantly..made with love just like we make for our families they are made for you.
